After your payment is processed and verified, it can take up to three days to process your order before shipment. 

Should inaccurate or incomplete addresses information be provided, it may delay processing time. All customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

If the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the shipping fees.

How Can I Change My Order?

If you wish to change your order details, i.e. remove/add products to your cart or change your address, please contact as soon as possible. Since we process orders as quickly as possible to expedite shipping times, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order details before your order begins processing but we’ll do our best.
